Local Régulations
The places have been attributed by order of FAI classification, validated on June 1st, 2006. Registration is open at least 2 months before the start of the competition and will be closed on 16 June.

Event Programme

 

Typical competition day

 

                9 H 30 : Daily briefing by Competition Director and the pilot committee, with Alain Chauvet.  Analysis of the weather bulletin from the Weather Centre at Saint Auban and site selection for the day.

10.00 : Departure for take-off.

11.00 : Task Briefing for pilots on the launch point.

From 12 midday : Task begins.

From 17.00 : Scoring

In the evening : Results are posted.

Friday 7 July 2006 : Welcome and Pilot Registration from 17.00 to 21.00

 

From Saturday 8 to Saturday 15 July :

 

A task will be set for competitors every day

A rest day ! (perhaps Wednesday) 

Saturday 15 July, end of the afternoon: Closing Ceremony and Prizegiving
